Free Fitness and Nutrition seminar was a great success!

Thanks to the 20+ riders and runners who joined us at this informational seminar.  Your questions were insightful and your contributions to the discussion were appreciated by everyone. 

This was the first of several seminars that we have planned. Some highlights were:

  • announcing upcoming rides, runs and charity events
  • training plans and programs for running and cycling
  • proper form and proper attire
  • nutrition for optimum fitness and health

All registered guests took home valuable resource lists, a free ride, discounts on Kiersten Bartolotta’s Walk to Run Fitness programs,  a free yoga class, and a lot of information.

You’ll want to watch for announcements for the next one and plan on attending.
