On Thursday, March 8th, we will be teaming up with Kiersten Bartolotta of Walk To Run Fitness to bring a free fitness seminar to the community. The purpose of the seminar is to share our excitement for fitness and healthy eating for everyday living and events. The presentation will include information on how to set and reach realistic fitness goals, nutrition & weight maintenance, proper form & technique for running, walking and cycling, creating fitness training plans, and essential workout apparel. Specific information on upcoming fitness events in our area such as duathlons, cycling, running and walking charity events will also be included in the information. You won’t want to miss it!!!
